Cast-in Aluminum Band Heaters

Our cast-in aluminum band heaters are designed to provide optimal heat transfer through their precisely machined surface contact.

These heaters are made with a tubular heating element that is overmolded with aluminum.

Our cast-in aluminum band heaters are available with fixing holes to suit molds and tools, and can be supplied with cooling fins, or with integrated cooling tubes for water or oil cooling systems.

They comply with ATEX zone standards, making them suitable for use in explosive environments.

Cast-in aluminum band heaters benefits:

- Durability: Cast alloy for extra protection.

- Adaptability: Machinable for all types of surfaces.

- Efficiency: Uniform, high-performance heating.

Cast-in aluminum band heaters features:

- Materials: Cupro-aluminum, aluminum, etc.

- Fixing: Various, with splash guards and fixing holes on molds and tools.

- Robustness: Can be used to 450 °C, even in harsh environments.

- Integrated cooling: Available with cooling fins, or with integrated cooling tubes for water or oil cooling.

- Suitable for humid environments: Ideal for condensing areas.

Those band heaters are particularly appropriate where humidity or condensation cannot be eliminated.
