Nozzle Heaters - HPS Types
Electro-Therm HPS nozzle heaters are a new evolution of the HP nozzle heaters.
The basis of our HPS heating rings is a small-diameter, cold-forming heater, wound in the groove of a cylindrical sleeve, usually made of brass.
As an option, nozzle heater can be supplied with a thermocouple.

CHARACTERISTICS AND DESCRIPTION - HPS TYPE
Electro-therm HPS type - heating rings are an evolution of HP nozzle heaters.
The basis of these HPS type nozzle heaters is a small-diameter cold-forming heater, wrapped in the slot of a cylindrical sleeve with a precise internal diameter.
As an option, these nozzle heaters can be supplied with a thermocouple.

- Usually, in brass - Nickel-plated brass or stainless steel for high temperatures and loads.
Tubular cartridge heater sheath material: Nickel or CrNi steel

Minimum wall thickness: 1.3 mm | Voltage: 12 - 400 V
Power tolerances: ± 10% (smaller tolerances on request)
