Nozzle heaters
HP and HP T nozzle heaters are made wtih a formable RP or RPT coil wrapped around a brass or stainless steel socket, then compressed by a stainless steel outer sleeve.
Heat transfer is optimized by ensuring a perfect fit with the part to be heated.

HP / HPT nozzle heaters characteristics:
HP and HPT nozzle heaters can be built from all our RP and RPT element heaters. A central brass socket can reach a maximum T° of 450°C, while a stainless steel socket can reach a maximum T° of 700°C.
