Those mica flat heaters are made up of a resistive wire in 80/20 Nickel/Chromium alloy. Shielding is provided by stainless steel sheets. Holes or notches are available. Fixation can be by holes or lugs.

Bare or shielded mica flat heaters are used for direct heating of trays, extrusion dies (rectangular bands) and other flat metal parts. For indirect heating, we can heat liquids and gases.
