Power solid-state relays
Our power solid-state relays are based on thyristor and can be used to precisely control heating elements.
Mono-phase:
- Solid-state relay with integral heatsink, DIN rail mounting, 12-24 vdc control.
- Switched voltage 48 to 660 V.
- Maximum output current 40 A. (5,500 W.at 230 V.).
Three-phase:
- Solid-state relay with integral heatsink, DIN rail mounting, 12-24 Vdc control.
- Switching voltage 200 to 400 V.
- Three-phase model, 2-phase cut-off.
- Maximum output current 15 A. (5,500 W.at 230 V.III - 10 KW.at 380 VIII).
Power solid-state relays are usually connected to a temperature regulators or a control pannel.
Solid state relays are used in the following industries:
- Plastics and rubber industries
- O.E.M manufacturers
- Food industry
- Foundries (Zamak, etc.)
- Pharmaceuticals and chemicals
- Packaging
- Nuclear industry
- Soil remediation by thermal absorption or desorption
